Welcome to the Tailor-Made Physical Therapy App. Upon logging in, you will have access to your customized Home Exercise Program directly on your mobile device.

Through the app, users can view their tailored Home Exercise Program along with high-definition instructional videos. The 'Messages' section enables secure communication with your dedicated Tailor-Made Physical Therapy provider. Progress is acknowledged with trophies and medals upon completing exercises.

The 'Awards' section serves as a tracker for these achievements. If you prefer a language other than English, simply navigate to the 'More' tab and select 'Languages' for alternative language options. To schedule an appointment, visit the 'Appointments' tab for further guidance. Remember to mark exercises as complete to allow your provider to monitor your progress accurately.

Please note that access to this app is reserved for Tailor-Made Physical Therapy patients. It seamlessly integrates with your iPhone's Health app to retrieve daily step count data, assisting your provider in monitoring your activity levels.
